Artist Residency - Clara Kelly

We nominated Clara Kelly – a Deptford-based embroidery and sculpture artist to be the first artist in residence at dept.con.temporary gallery and studio.
Clara’s residency is taking place between January and February 2023 and during this time we provided access to studio space, budgets for materials and living expenses and also provided mentoring and advice.
The residency is leading up to Clara’s solo exhibition opening on 24th February 2023.

We offer specialised masterclasses and workshops taught from our studio by Jamie Temple (printmaking and book art) and Karolina Glusiec (handmade animation and drawing).
We also offer studio and equipment hire.
